All visit costs will be charged to your credit card at the time of the visit and I’ll give you a “Superbill” for you to submit to your HSA or Insurance for reimbursement.
Want to be evaluated for ADHD or Autism?
A new patient evaluation (90-120 minutes) is $1200. Optional add-on tests:
1. Cognitive testing (limited)–tests of memory, spatial abilities, planning $400
2. QB test for ADHD $250 per test. This is an FDA-cleared objective test for patients’ ADHD symptoms: inattention, impulsivity and hyperactivity
3. Eye tracking for ADHD using the Neurosync device $400 for unlimited testing, for example, on and off medication.
This is an FDA-cleared assessment battery to record and analyze eye movement as an aid to concussion diagnosis, but it also gives some information about attention; it is quicker than the QB test.
Return Visits (60-90 Minutes): $600.
I will answer questions, make recommendations, write letters, and fill/adjust prescriptions between the new patient and return visit for no charge.
Depending on the course of action we decide on together, may have return visits 1-2 months after the initial visit.
If all goes well after that, this may extend to every 6 months to a year.

A new patient evaluation (60-90 minutes) is $750
Optional Add-On: Eye tracking for Concussion using the Neurosync device
$400 for unlimited testing, for example, on- and off-medication.

Return visits (45-60 minutes) $500.
I will answer questions, make recommendations, write letters, and fill/adjust prescriptions between the new patient and return visit for no charge. Return visits may be several months to longer apart.
NO-SHOW FEES
Cancellations within 48 hours or failure to attend the appointment will result in a charge of the full price of the visit.
